Personal Coaching (3 month)

Welcome to Individual Accompaniment!

Together, we will define your goals and uncover what you want to achieve through diet and lifestyle changes. I will perform thorough diagnostics, analyze your physical parameters, and assess your psychoemotional state through questionnaires and tests. Based on this analysis, I will create a personalized nutritional strategy and guide you through each step, providing ongoing support and being available to answer any questions you may have along way.
